Return an order

You may return ordered and delivered goods within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The returned products are in their original packaging, with no signs of damage, compromised commercial appearance, tears, opening, or use.
2. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the consumer, except in the case of a claim.
3. Products may be exchanged or their value refunded.
4. Refunds are processed via bank transfer to an account specified by the customer, within 14 days from the date we receive the notice of cancellation.

Exchanging a gift is possible within 5 working days. Shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a claim.
